Eat Local Eating local is beneficial to both the environment and the local economy. This month, eat at local restaurants over big chains.
Consider purchasing a CSA share. You'll help farmers get through the winter months now and guarantee yourself fresh, local produce next season! Supporting local food systems is a great way to start off the year.

Join us to learn how we can use interview skills from body language to trust building in everyday conversations, professional situations, and rural storytelling.
